This is both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community, with custom developments and only the basic functionality of the system.
Odoo implementation steps
1. Business process analysis
During the GAP analysis, we create a document with the client's requirements and business processes, compare them with the standard Odoo functionality and describe the customizations.

We estimate this in days and hours of work of the project manager, business analyst and developer. You will receive a step-by-step estimate in calendar and monetary terms.
2. Phased implementation
After a clear understanding of the client's requirements, we set up the Odoo database, perform initial settings, and begin with a phased implementation of the system. This includes configuring the basic functionality of the modules, transferring data, and making custom modifications if necessary.
3. Teaching
Even during the implementation of the system, we train the client's employees to work in the system.

Training takes place in the form of online consultations with recorded calls, short video instructions, text instructions with screenshots, or creating instructions directly in the client's system in the Knowledge application.
4. Support
After the system is implemented, we stay in touch with the client for ongoing support.

This can include technical issues, consulting new employees, implementing new functionality, custom improvements, and migrating the database to a new version of Odoo.
